Indulge in the Abundance of Nature in honor of Romance, Chance and Remembrance.
This is your invitation to a once a month culinary experience beginning in May and ending in October.
Featuring a welcome elixir cocktail bar (non-alcoholic) & light bites,
followed by a five course, plated culinary experience.
6pm elixir hour
7pm dinner experience begins
Each experience will be limited to twelve seats. All experiences will go live at the same time.
Location: 10 Minutes South of Traverse City.
This is an opportunity to enjoy Chef Loghan in his most creative form. Each month will feature a themed menu based on the word chosen. The meal and courses will tell a story of each theme. Experiences will take place outside unless weather prohibits.
$80/per person, gratuity not included.
PLEASE NOTE: Our cuisine has shifted since our last public offerings and may include animal proteins and/or products. Please let us know if you are vegan so we can accommodate. All menus will be heavy plant-forward. All animal products are impeccably sourced. All dietary and food allergies will be accommodated best we can, please specific when signing up!

MAY 29th: CONVERGENCE
the act of converging and especially moving toward union or uniformity
Celebrating the convening of a season of bringing humans together to cultivate community. This dinner will celebrate the art & act of breaking bread. Courses will be designed to encourage table engagement amongst one another. The food will celebrate the ways in which food connects us.
JUNE 26th: BALANCE
equipoise between contrasting, opposing, or interacting elements
Honoring the transition from spring to summer and the arrival of our first more diverse bounty of the season from the farms. The courses will feature balanced flavors and colors. The food will heavily feature the first crops of the season and how creative you can get with real limitations of seasonality.
JULY 31st: FLAMBOYANCE
marked by or given to strikingly elaborate or colorful display or behavior
Need an explanation? From the tablescaping down to the courses themselves. This evening will be wild and loud. An overindulgence of colors and intense flavor. This one will be for those who revel in the extremes of life if even only for an evening of culinary delights!
AUGUST 28th: RESONANCE
the intensification and enriching of a musical tone by supplementary vibration
This will celebrate and honor Chef Loghan’s love for music and how it can inspire dishes simply from certain pieces of music. The courses will be curated and informed by music. What does that mean? You’ll have to grab a seat to find out. This will include an auditory experience as well.
SEPTEMBER 25th: ABUNDANCE
an ample quantity : an abundant amount : profusion
The advent of fall and a humbling bounty coming in off the fields of all of our favorite farms. This dinner will celebrate the remarkable bounty and diversity of our region. Courses will be inspired by different farms. Each dish highlighting the diversity of each farm we source from.
OCTOBER 30th: REMEMBRANCE
the state of bearing in mind
In honor of the season and what has transpired over the course of the year. An evening to give thanks to the beauty of the warmer months and enjoy the last bits of the fall. Courses will reflect a true transition from the warmth into the increasing sharpness of the cold.
