We are happy to be relaunching our cuisine for pickup and delivery on a weekly basis! We are focusing on a limited menu of foods that focus on creating healthy, delicious items that are nourishing and healthy during the winter months.

You can purchase any quantity of any item each week. There is no order minimum.

Currently we are asking for everyone to please pickup your items. We offer contact-less delivery safely to your car every Monday (you don’t have to leave your car!). If you cannot make it to Bubbie’s Bagels for pickup, please reach out to discuss delivery options: loghan@plantedcuisine.com.

DETAILS:

Weekly service. Orders must be confirmed by Tuesday evening at 7pm for pickup the following Monday.

Pickup at Bubbie’s Bagels (1215 E Front St, Traverse City, MI 49686) will be available from 4-6pm every Monday. Please call Chef Loghan at: 760.518.7960 and the order will be run out to your car.

It will be a set menu that is published each week. You’ll be able to select the items and sizes you like. There will be no substitutions or changes made to any dish.

A quart of soup will typically feed two people, if you have four in your house, simply order two quarts and so on.

We strongly advocate for reuse of containers we use. We know how to safely clean and sanitize everything. Please help us reduce the unbelievable amount of waste occurring during this pandemic. We will accept returns of all containers except 4oz ones. Simply bag them and hand them off when picking up your next order.

ALLERGEN/DIETARY RESTRICTION NOTICE:

Everything is 100% Vegan.

Everything will be gluten-free.

However, we are NOT certified gluten-free or celiac friendly. We would like to be, but our prep space is an environment where there is a lot of gluten products made and therefore we cannot guarantee the elimination of cross-contamination. All items marked “GF” are completely fine for those looking to avoid gluten or simply have an intolerance of it.

Please reach out with specific allergy concerns to see if we are able to meet your needs.

Our commitments for everything we offer:

  • Organic (95%, a select couple are not currently organic certified)

  • Non-GMO

  • Hyper local (at least 85% of ingredients are sourced locally, 95% are sourced regionally and/or are Michigan companies)

  • Food as medicine principles applied to all dishes. This means, we use practices to help keep the essential minerals, nutrients and vitamins locked into each bite and will actively add in additional nutrients into each dish using various herbs, seaweeds and vegetables.

  • Do not use any products or cooking methods that are harmful to our health (i.e., frying, heavy uses of saturated fats etc)
